How to Participate:

  1. Sign up during the Summer Solstice Book and Yard Sale on Saturday, June 20th or anytime after the kickoff by visiting the referece desk at the Main Library or the Manomet Branch.
  2. Keep track of your reading. This year's games are Critic's Corner and Time 'n' Time Again. Every time you read a book, use the library's online databases, view a film or listen to music or an audiobook for 30 minutes—mark it down on your Time 'n' Time Again log sheet. After you have marked five squares (which equals 2 1/2 hours), you will receive a ticket for the end-of-summer raffle. Every time you fill out a Critic's Corner form for a book, music, film or online database, you will receive an entry for the raffle.
  3. Special for this year's themed program: Every time you visit the planetarium, view the sky through a telescope or watch the planets and stars for 30 minutes will also count for both the games.

Great Programs:
Thursday afternoon Concerts on the Lawn start July 9th with Jake Hill. The concerts will begin at 1:00 p.m. and will be on the front lawn, weather permitting. All ages are welcome to attend—bring a lawn chair, sun block, bottle of water and blanket. If the day is too hot or rainy, the concert will move indoors to the Otto Fehlow Meeting Room.

Summer Reading Finale! Join us on Saturday, August 15th to celebrate the end of another great summer. DJ Gib Gailius will be on hand with music, trivia and more.

The Plymouth Public Library is fully accessible; please let us know if you need special accomodations to attend.
